Ingredients
1. 3 pounds beef bones (or chicken bones)
2. 2 celery stalks, chopped
3. 1 onion, chopped
4. 1 carrot, chopped
5. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
6. 2 cloves garlic, smashed
7. 4 quarts of cold filtered water
8. 2 tablespoons vinegar
9. 1 bunch parsley
10. Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure for Bone Broth Recipe
- Roast your bones first.
- Add in Pressure cook following with water.
- Let it cook for a long time for about 1 and half hours until the bones get tender.
- Add a splash of vinegar to help draw out minerals from the bones.
- Following with celery stalks, onions, carrots, tomato paste, garlic, and parsley.
- Put flavors with herbs and spices.
- Salt to taste.
